Megan Lutes
Founder
Megan is an in-house attorney who has worked with multiple outside consultants on DEI topics. She understands business and is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. She brings her knowledge and business sense to the table to help clients move their diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives forward in a way that works for them. She works with an incredible team of individuals to create customized and modular solutions for her clients.
Falin McKenzie, JD, MBA
Falin McKenzie is an Associate Attorney for GLP Attorneys, PS. Inc., the largest plaintiff’s firm in the State of Washington. Falin is licensed in Washington and in Kentucky. In her current role, Falin is a fierce advocate for her clients as well as advising the firm on probate and tax matters.
Falin is passionate about access to information and literacy. She serves on her local Library Board and on the Trial News Editorial Board. Falin uses this love of learning and growth to speak and write about diversity and inclusion in law firms and other businesses.
Victoria Gleeson
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Victoria provides human capital leadership and consultation to the COO, CEO and President as well as to the Equity Principals and Principals of Milliman, Inc., a consulting and actuarial firm. She leads and manages the Global Corporate Services HR team to support the employee life cycle, providing employee relations support, helping build core managerial capabilities, strategizing on business and discipline specific needs and providing constructive feedback to maximize organizational effectiveness. With her strong HR leadership and background, Victoria understands how to effectively incorporate DEI strategies and initiatives into the workplace and can speak from experience on best practices to integrating DEI awareness into recruiting, HR policies, and business practices.

Jessica Nguyen
Jessica Nguyen is the Chief Legal Officer of Lexion, a contract management company powered by AI. At Lexion she wears many hats – basically everything but the technical stuff. Jessica has an extensive in-house legal career at companies of various sizes and stages, and primarily in the technology and B2B SaaS space. Prior to Lexion, she was the General Counsel of PayScale, a Microsoft attorney supporting Outlook email, and the first in-house attorney at Avalara. Jessica has been recognized as the 2020 “Startup GC of the Year” by Corporate Counsel magazine, a 2019 Top 100 Legal Influencers by The Business Journals, Best Under 40 by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and a 2018 Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40. She is a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in companies and in the legal industry.
Sonia Zeledon
Sonia Zeledon is Head of Compliance, Privacy, and International legal for the Hershey Company. Previously, she held the position of Regional Counsel-Americas for the Business Integrity Group at the Nokia Corporation. She was an associate at large law firms (Skadden Arps and White Case) for approximately 8 years. Ms. Zeledon serves on The Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) As General Counsel. She is a frequent speaker on privacy, compliance and ethics, including anti-corruption, securities enforcement and export controls. She earned a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and BS in Math from MIT; she also holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is one of our talented speakers and trainers on many DEI topics.
Nada Alnajafi
Nada Alnajafi is an award-winning attorney with deep experience serving as in-house counsel for startups and public companies over the past 12 years. She currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Franklin Templeton, a Fortune-500 global financial services organization. Previously, she worked in-house for Faraday Future, Lexus, and Concannon Business Consulting where she gained experienced in the automotive and tech industries. Nada is passionate about leveraging the latest in legal tech to gain efficiencies in the contracts management process. With her dynamic legal and consulting background, she is more than just an attorney; she is a trusted advisor, business partner, project manager, creative problem-solver, and skilled negotiator. In addition, Nada enjoys training contract negotiators on the ins and outs of contracts negotiations and redlining etiquette. During the pandemic, Nada wanted to find a way to connect with other contract professionals and, as a result, she created Contract Nerds – the new home for everything contracts. Nada contributes her time and energies to Diversity University, providing training to corporate clients on important DEI topics.
